Before n After Complete design-build renovation of existing 2,500 SF medical spa in San Marcos, CA. Project consisted of the renovation of existing treatment and lab rooms, breakroom, restroom, and main lobby. Worked with tenant to complete aggressive 8-week construction schedule while they worked at their other facility.

Healing Wave Aquatics Renovation and conversion of existing 5,000 SF industrial office space into aquatic therapy center for miltary personnel in San Diego, CA. Project scope included the design-build of two new therapy pools and associated pool equipment. Additional scope included new restrooms, locker rooms with showers, breakroom, laundry room and administrative offices.

North Coast Health Center Improvements to existing elevator lobbies, corridors, common areas, and restrooms, throughout 2 buildings and over multiple floors in each at medical office campus in Encinitas, CA. Project scope included new carpet, ceramic tile, base, wall tile, decorative elevator wall panels and light fixtures, ceiling tile, glass handrail and wallcovering. Project completed
