Bingham Construction has completed the $1 million tenant improvement build-out of a 7,300 SF office for Rowling & Associates (now Pathview) in Mission Valley.  Project consisted of open-to-structure ceilings, multiple private window offices, large kitchen, executive conference room, and open seating areas.
