Chula Vista Golf Course

Bingham Construction completed a comprehensive restoration and modernization of the clubhouse at Chula Vista Golf Course for Touchstone Golf, delivering a fully reimagined bar and restaurant experience. The project included the construction of a brand-new full-service bar with seating, a redesigned restaurant area positioned directly behind the bar, and all-new flooring, fixtures, and furniture throughout. Our team performed a complete rebuild of the bar area, including upgraded countertops and modernized amenities, while also improving the overall flow of the space by opening up the rear of the facility to create a new access hallway. The project was completed with a strong focus on accessibility, featuring a new stair system and the installation of an ADA-compliant wheelchair lift to ensure seamless access for all guests.
