Scott Commerce Center

Design-build construction of (5) new offices, totaling 7,500 SF, and (5) full-height demising walls, within new 88,000 SF tilt-up industrial building in Menifee, CA. Provided 3d virtual and rendering services for owner’s marketing team. New office space included high-end restroom, breakroom, and office finishes, and access to grade level and dock doors at each suite. Next phase of work includes design and construction of (4) remaining offices totaling 12,000 SF with full-height demising walls separating all 6 offices.
