Complete design-build renovation of existing 2,500 SF medical spa in San Marcos, CA. Project consisted of the renovation of existing treatment and lab rooms, breakroom, restroom, and main lobby. Worked with tenant to complete aggressive 8-week construction schedule while they worked at their other facility.
