Conference Center

This former bank space underwent a full interior transformation into a modern conference center, navigating complex demolition around legacy infrastructure, including a reinforced vault and outdated systems. In collaboration with Maggetti Elam and Coffman Engineering, the space was rebuilt with new MEP and lighting systems to support a flexible, high-performance environment. A custom operable partition enables multiple room configurations, while structural framing integrates AV, a feature fireplace, and suspended elements within the existing footprint. Carefully engineered lighting, acoustics, and controls deliver a seamless user experience, resulting in a conference center built for flexibility, function, and modern collaboration.
