A 12,500 SF design-build project for one of the world’s largest maritime logistics firms, located in the Tireco high-rise office building in Gardena, CA. The project scope included in-house 3D renderings, space planning, interior design, and full permit approval through the County of Los Angeles. The renovation encompassed a complete remodel of the building’s fifth floor, featuring a reimagined breakroom, an open office seating area, new conference and huddle rooms, and upgraded HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems throughout.
