Covenant Living at Mt. Miguel

Since 2020, Bingham Construction has been a preferred provider of construction services for Covenant Living at Mt. Miguel at their senior living campus in Spring Valley, CA. We completed a $2 million, multi-phased renovation of their senior living campus, which includes independent living, assisted living, and a skilled nursing facility.

Completed under HCAI (formerly OSHPD) guidelines, the work included interior renovations to dining rooms, meeting areas, nurses’ stations, bathrooms, an employee breakroom, and a full wing of patient rooms. Mechanical upgrades involved the design-build replacement of six rooftop HVAC units, complete with ductwork, electrical, roofing, and fire alarm integration.

Exterior improvements included clay tile roof replacement, structural framing repairs, and new gutters. Additional projects featured flooring replacement in assisted living, structural column repairs, and renovation of an existing water fountain—all completed while maintaining full facility operations and strict COVID safety protocols.
