Covenant Living at Mt. Miguel

Since 2020, Bingham Construction has been a preferred provider of construction services for Covenant Living at Mt. Miguel at their senior living campus in Spring Valley, CA. Facilities include independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. Projects included the complete renovation of common areas and staff lounge in OSHPD skilled nursing facility, design-build installation of new HVAC units on rooftop at skilled nursing facility, design-build renovation of existing water fountain, design-build repair of building columns, replacement of flooring in assisted living facility, and multiple upgrade and renovation projects.
