RB Tech Center

Bingham Construction completed a full tenant improvement for RB Tech Center's industrial flex space, featuring a massive warehouse and two-story office build-out. The project included removing a temperature-controlled storage area in the warehouse to create additional open space, installing motion-detection lighting throughout for improved efficiency, and repainting the interior stairs. Office areas were fully refreshed with new finishes, paint, flooring, and carpeting, while the men’s and women’s restrooms were renovated for modern functionality. A new drink refill station with a water fountain was also added, creating a more convenient and tenant-friendly environment. This renovation delivers a clean, efficient, and modern workspace designed to enhance both functionality and appeal for future occupants.
