Apex Systems Bingham Construction has completed the tenant improvement build-out of a 5,500 SF office for Apex Systems in Mission Valley. PRA Health Expansion of existing office space by build-out of new 4,426 sf open office space in high-rise building in San Diego. Project was completed per initial 10-week schedule.
