The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ commercial construction project administration
experience, preferably with a general contractor.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • High-level proficiency with the following software:
       o Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
       o Adobe Acrobat.
  • Have a thorough understanding of insurance certificates and coverages.
  • Experience in processing and tracking subcontracts, work orders, change orders,
    and prime contracts.
  • Familiarity with the complete project life cycle, from preconstruction bidding to
    post-construction close-out.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete tasks within stated deadlines.
  • Experience in drafting project subcontracts is desirable but not mandatory.

Duties and tasks include:

  • Track and confirm execution of all contract documents.
  • Request and verify subcontractor insurance certificates before job start-up.
  • Provide support to project management and supervision with project
    start-up documentation.
  • Request and assemble closeout documentation at project completion.
  • Compile and track all lien release forms for submittal to owner/client representatives
    for payment applications.
  • Answer telephones, order supplies, and perform other office administrative
    functions as required.
  • Order and receive office supplies from outside vendors.
  • Filing of all electronic documents.
