Richard has over 20 years of construction experience. He is part of the preconstruction and estimating operations while actively developing bid proposal responses, strategies and value engineering. He specializes in commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, data center, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, education, state and federal institution markets. His construction expertise and skills align with Bingham Constructions solid foundation of core values empowering continuous growth and success. He was born and raised in the Philippines and currently lives in San Diego County. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapúa Institute of Technology.
