More Efficient Project Development

With a design-build delivery method, we can take on projects with very little project scope at the onset. We have the capability to bring on the necessary resources to complete projects that others can’t. We manage the complete design, permitting, construction and turnover of the project, including ongoing facility maintenance allowing our clients to focus on their business instead of managing multiple vendors on a project.

Open Book Estimating

The archaic method of obtaining 3 GC bids per project leads to wasted time on the owner’s part, the added potential for cost overruns and blame and finger-pointing games between the GC and architect on traditional design-bid-build projects. Our open book estimates include at least 3 subcontractor bids per trade and a breakdown of our management costs creating total transparency in pricing and eliminating change orders as a result plan errors or omissions.

For example, we can provide design/build services by hiring the architect and design consultants. We can also serve as the general contractor with design services provided by others. Lastly, we can step out of the role of contractor altogether and serve a construction manager, responsible for hiring design teams and general contractors, eliminating any conflicts of interest.
