Brown and Caldwell

Tenant improvement build-out of full-floor, 14,405 SF office space on 15th floor. Project featured large open floor plan with high-end conference rooms, huddle rooms, lounge and executive offices. Bingham Construction managed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs. Aggressive schedule required after hours and weekend work. Project was delivered on time and under budget by $25,000. Project was recognized as the San Diego Business Journal Tenant Improvement Project of the Year for 2019.
