State Compensation Insurance Fund

Tenant improvement build-out of new 4,568 SF of creative office space and renovation of existing 12,200 SF office space. Project was completed entirely after hours and via multiple phases to allow tenant to utilize space during the day. Expansion space included new conference room, breakroom, huddle rooms, and open office area. Construction of new IT room included rooftop and ceiling mounted dedicated air conditioning system.
