Tenant improvement build-out of 5,500 sf office on 1stfloor of high-rise building in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. Project featured renovated breakroom and conference rooms, large open floor plan, new reception area, server room, and multiple perimeter window offices. Construction of server room required the demolition of a portion of existing concrete vault to create new suite access from building corridor. Project also featured an exterior patio constructed out of custom aluminum posts and panels.
