St. Paul’s Senior Services

Since 2008, Bingham Construction has been a preferred provider of construction services for St. Paul’s Senior Services at their senior living facilities throughout San Diego and Chula Vista, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and PACE. Projects included the replacement of exterior building windows and sliding glass doors in 10-story independent living building, complete renovation of interiors rooms and common areas in OSHPD skilled nursing facility, installation of new 250kW generator and replacement of rooftop HVAC units at skilled nursing facility, replacement of flooring throughout assisted living facility, and multiple upgrade and renovation projects.
